Today we have 2 state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting systems and an impressive automated warehouse that allows fully automatic storage, loading and unloading.

For any type of tube and sections, Norani has a state-of-the-art system suitable for working optimally
thanks to a complete service that also includes the making of holes, slots, notches, markings, bevels and inclined cuts.

TIG, MIG and Robot welding
Inside the headquarters of Norani, the welding process can be both automated, with large production or perimeters, and manual. The company uses technologically advanced systems with different characteristics both for TIG, MIG and Robot welding and to operate on the widest range of metals possible, as well as on parts of various sizes. Bending, molding and shaping
By relying on its 5 state-of-art systems for bending metal sheets, Norani is also able to transforms metals through the bending of sheets, tubes and sections of different sizes.
The guaranteed accuracy and high competences of our qualified personnel are supported by advanced virtual simulation software and angle measurement and control tools. With respect to the metal molding and shaping processing, the metal cold working is performed with the use of special equipment and the molds are made in different shapes and sizes, which can be customized by each customer (or third parties) according to the specific needs. Last but not least, Carpenteria Metallica Norani also carries out metals and alloys shearing and drawing by using presses that range from 20 to 250 tons.

The range of services offered by Norani is not limited to laser cutting, welding or bending: the company located in Campodarsego, in fact, also manages and caries out numerous particular processes, such as painting, galvanizing and heat treatments. The latter are carried out in collaboration with qualified partner companies which are able to machine small as well as large parts. Lastly, customers can also contact Norani for anodizing, cataphoresis, hot dip galvanizing, chrome plating, carbonitriding and cementing.
